Anushka Sharma is a Bollywood actor as well as a producer. She has been recognized for acting as well as being among the highest-paid actresses in Bollywood. Since her debut as a model at Lakme Fashion Week Anushka did numerous campaigns for various brands, her campaigns to promote the brand's Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry and Fiat Palio etc. Anushka Sharma, in addition to her modeling career, enrolled in an acting academy and began to perform in films. Anushka Sharma made her acting debut in the 2008 movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi with Shah Rukh Khan. Anushka Sharma took one day to prepare for her screen test and refused to perform an impromptu version. Later on she was contracted for three films under the Yash Raj Films banner. She was the wife of a young man of a man who was older in the movie (the same role that Shah Rukh Khan played). Anushka appeared with Shahid Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das as well as Meiyang Chang in the 2010 film "Badmash Company". The film received mixed reviews. Anushka was also seen with Ranveer in the movie 'Band Baaja Baaraat,' where she played the role of a Punjabi middle-class girl who set up her own company. The film received a positive review and was an overnight success. Anushka had signed her three-film contract in partnership with Yash Raj Films.
